Origami Mobile empowers safety and risk professionals, employees, and contractors to quickly and efficiently conduct audits, inspections, and observations on the go. Origami Mobile is fully integrated with our Origami Risk web app, meaning Origami users can visualize data collected from the field to proactively ensure proper controls are in place to prevent incidents and injuries and send workers home safe.
Access to Origami Mobile is managed through your Origami Risk license, and all Origami Mobile forms can be configured by web app users or the Origami service team. Origami Risk is an integrated platform for risk, safety, and compliance. Available on web and mobile, Origami allows clients to drive visibility into risk and safety data and initiatives in a single, centralized system.
With Origami Mobile you can:
· Fill out standard checklists based on best practices or forms designed specifically for your organization by your safety team
· Detect working environment hazards and behavior trends
· Trigger corrective action plans
· Gather data from the field, enabling your team to identify risks, hazards, and opportunities for improvement
· Analyze safe/unsafe employee behaviors and conditions
OFFLINE MOBILE FUNCTIONALITY:
Consistent internet access is not required to use Origami Mobile! With our offline capabilities, remote workers with limited internet can still sync their data offline and submit it once Wi-Fi becomes available.
AUTOMATION AND STANDARDIZATION:
Origami Mobile improves inspection efficiency and findings through automation and standardization, helping to identify hazards, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
VOICE-TO-TEXT:
Origami Mobile’s voice-to-text functionality allows users to operate the app hands free – promoting active note taking and reporting.
PHOTO UPLOAD:
Origami Mobile enables you to capture photos from the field, allowing the efficient illustration of potential risk and hazards.
EASY SIGN-IN:
Employees can either sign into Origami Mobile using an access code tied to their departments or with their Origami login.
ONE CENTRALIZED SYSTEM:
Origami Mobile operates through one centralized system, providing easy access to data, dashboards, checklists, and metrics. All data is captured in a single repository for easy reporting and analytics in the Origami web app.
Fixed: when returning to a form from adding/editing a Comment, the scroll position was not maintained and it auto-scrolled to the top. This affects iPadOS 26.2+ only.
