Great device, but the app has a major issue at startup for international users!The device itself is fantastic and I love the design and the heads, but I had a very frustrating problem trying to download and register on the app. First, I had to **change my App Store country to find the app**, and then I kept getting an "Unknown Error" when trying to create an account. The account I created on the website wouldn't work on the app either.After many attempts, I found out that the solution was to **change the app's language to English** before registering. Once I registered in English, I was able to switch the language back to Spanish and the app works perfectly.I hope this solution helps other people who encounter the same error. Braun, please fix this issue for international users so they don't have to go through this frustrating process.

App continually shuts down renders expensive product totally unusable

I was very excited to use this product, but I cannot even get past the start up and test. I’ve tried the app on my iPhone and iPad with the same results. I’m never able to get past the screen where you select your test area before the app shuts down I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both devices with no success. The app blinks off sometimes after a millisecond sometimes I can get through a couple screens but for as expensive as this product is, it’s really frustrating that it’s completely unusable because of this app glitch (from what I read online it seems I’m not alone). I’m equally frustrated by customer support. Online chat is not available and the chat bot directs me to call customer support between specific hours and when I call during those hours, I’m advised by a recorded message to call back after 3 PM which honestly makes no sense. I’m extremely frustrated.

This app is so frustrating to use. I got this app for one reason only — to track my IPL sessions and have it auto reschedule if I forgot one or have to move it back a few days. It does not do a good job of this. For one you can’t choose the date of sessions in the past. You can only log sessions on the date when they are scheduled (not when you click completed) which seems a little ridiculous — I did a few sessions but then the calendar wouldn’t let me log it on the day I actually did it, so I deleted the plan, thinking I could add the past sessions. Big mistake because you can’t actually re-add the plan without starting over.This is basic functionality for an app that seems to have one single purpose. If there is a way to do this that I’m not aware of, please let me know. For now I will delete this app and switch to tracking my IPL in my notes app.

Still Iphone 14 promax (ipl skin i-expert device), now after your updated version, it log ins, but it is stuck at pairing device. When you click Pair it says Oops your device had trouble pairing and suggests to go through the whole cycle again, which I tried several times (switching off and on both devices etc), but no success.

App now supports new IPL devices with Smart Flex heads. Personal Info screen now lets you add height and weight, plus view personalized coverage details in real time.
