Beware of connecting your email!!! First, I never received the points for connecting my email. I never received any points from my recent purchases. Second, When I try to submit a ticket I get an error that user doesn’t exist!! Third, ever since I connected my email, ALL of my emails are being marked as read and it’s not by me. I have changed my password on my email. There is no way in the app to remove your email from your account and there is no way to contact them because I keep getting the user profile doesn’t exist when I try to submit a ticket!!

The issue with emails being marked as read was caused by an integration glitch with Yahoo, which we’ve now resolved. You will not face this issue once you reconnect. It was great until….

At first I was receiving points, I was even able to redeem a gift card (and got it immediately!) however, about 2 months ago as I’ve made similar purchases, the points have stopped. They just log my transactions but now I don’t get any points and I’m so bummed out, I’m on the verge of deleting the app now because what’s the point in having it?
