When I’ve tried it for the first time I really though this app was going to be great until didn’t really mind paying the biweekly fee until I I tried to get another advance for the second time is when I started to run into issues and run into snags and I wasn’t able to anything on this app since then. I tried to reach out to there support service to get for help and support to get my account back running again but unfortunately they couldn’t cause my bank account was being used in another account witch is weird cause I’ve never open another account but the one I had. I've tried reaching out to the customer support multiple times already and so far till day I haven't receive any responds back. I honestly dont know what to think now but I'm pretty sure they are sharing our personal and our bank information from the bank that e link into here cause of what I know is only 1 account I have opened here not 2 so not sure why they are saying that my bank accounts was used in another account and that Concerns me a lot honestly. I just hope you take our fees backs in consideration cause I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of your Customer support Service you guys provide us with and The lack to follow through. It’s unbelievable honestly I don't believe you guys should be advertising Customers support service emails if you ain't going yo have people there monitoring them and helping us.

This app has been pretty helpful in a crunch, but recently I’ve run into an issue with it when requesting funds. Nothing about my connected bank account has changed, my income hasn’t changed, I’ve been paying my membership fee, and I’ve paid every single one of my bag cash repayments back on time. However, I’m still getting an error message about hitting a “snag” when trying to request a new one. So now not only am I paying membership fees for a service I can’t even access, but I also can’t get any help from support. I’ve emailed them multiple times about this issue over the past month and have yet to receive a reply that isn’t automated. I reply to the automated email asking for further assistance from a representative, just like it says to do, and no one responds. I’m not going to continue paying them for nothing. Support from a human is all but nonexistent so just beware. Oh and even though they advertise that you’ll have access to a higher base amount if you pay the membership fee, I haven’t been offered more than the $20 that the free version gets you. And that’s after paying it back multiple times over. It hasn’t gone up once. So what am I even paying them for in the first place?

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to resolve an issue for MONTHS and have received NOTHING. I accidentally made 2 accounts (why was I allowed to do that in the first place???). Entered my information AFTER making another account on accident and was told that my bank information was in use by another customer (my other account). Eventually, my second account got deactivated. I cannot reset the password on my original account or essentially do anything because every time I try I get “user is disabled.” i contacted customer service, was told someone would get back with me in ONE business day. Guess what?? Never happened. So I keep e-mailing and get the same thing. I cannot even log into my account and I am still being charged $7.99 BIWEEKLY. This has been going on for 3 months. Nobody will answer, there is no number to call, no chat line, nothing. Giving this place 1 star is generous for my experience. I just want to deactivate my account and get a refund for the 3 months that I have been charged BIWEEKLY. Unfortunately, nobody will email you back. This place is a total scam. Who has a company like this with no customer service?
