A few suggestions - and a glitch!

Updating my review to ask the developers to please fix a glitch where coins awarded in the daily ladder disappear from the total when returning home. This has happened to me 3 or more times now and is beyond annoying.I like this game and get very frustrated with a few key elements: 1. Ask the audience is a useless lifeline. The answer is wrong more often than it is right. 2. Ties for the million are way too common. You should not have to split the prize money in a tie, especially since you have probably spent more than 4K to get there. 3. Experts are too expensive to upgrade. I find that I play less frequently than I would like too because I tie for the million about 75% of the time.

Game reset itself; now forced to play training game?

No support - app support sends to their home page with ZERO help. UKEN clearly does not value your time. If you use their services on Apple Arcade which is a paid service, and they do not answer for blatant flaws, I guess the problem is us, the trusting customer. Apple needs to reconsider any alliance with UKEN. APPLE ARCADE THIS APP DOES NOT WORK AND UKEN ‘APP SUPPORT’ DOES NOT LINK TO SUPPORT. CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE THIS APP OUT OF THE LINEUP?How does a person fix this game if it fails? The amount of time it is taking to play the training game is more than this is worth to me. And there is no reason for the game to have malfunctioned to my knowledge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The Game Center will not connect. Am I the first one to report this via a review? This has been over a week now and heads up UKEN - please don’t heavy-handedly force anyone ever to waste their time going through a tutorial without an out. Anyone who is viewing this review, UKEN has been a notoriously terrible company for support so i haven’t bothered. Im giving it up and suggest that you may want to consider that this game will lose all of your progress and then trot you through a very long tutorial that takes so long, you give up the desire to play this broken game.

The game suffices as a time waster. I like it for that purpose. I like to see a few tweaks from this obvious port of a freemium game. It seems a few of the questions are incorrect - wish there was a button in-game where you could tag questions that might have incorrect answers. Additionally the “money” needed to update your experts can get onerous - you’d literally have to win dozens of games without spending to be able to afford these. I’d suggest being a little looser with the “purse strings”.

As a Millionaire fan I want to love this game, however there are many flaws. First, there is a glitch where money awarded will disappear when you return home from time to time. Second, for unexplainable reasons the game is structured so that you are playing against someone and 75% of the time it is a tie so you can only take home have of the awarded coins which often is less than what it cost in coins to play the round. Third, unless you live in the UK about half of the questions will be completely unfamiliar to you because they cover questions for topics such as cricket, UK football, rugby, and obscure British TV shows. It would be nice if the questions were more universal.
