• In News on iOS devices, resending a push notification for an already published news post ignored a user’s in-app notification settings, sending notifications even when they were deactivated. This has been fixed, and user preferences are always applied. • On iOS devices, the first letter of post titles in Top News were not fully aligned. This has been fixed. • On iOS devices, the Post Widget wasn't functioning on Pages. This has been fixed. • In the App, in some cases, the header branding was not displayed when using Offline Mode. This has been fixed. • In Chat on iOS devices, the message notifications have been improved. Clearer badges for unread message and reactions make it easier for users to spot and respond to new activity. • In the mobile app, if the new mobile search is activated for your organization, the filter options have been enhanced. They now align with those on the new desktop search results page, allowing you to precisely narrow down shown results.

In the Employee App, on the new Search Results page, custom icons for News channels were not shown. This has been fixed.

• In News on iOS, when images were opened in full screen from the image gallery, only a grey box was displayed. This has been fixed.

• When using iPhone 15 Pro or above with iOS 18, images in HEIC format could not be uploaded. This has been fixed. • In the Settings section, the legal menu items arrangement has been optimized. This ensures faster loading times and prevents delays caused by API response times.

• On iOS devices, it is now possible to preview, store, share, and print files, such as PDFs directly from a native tab (for example, SAML Plugin, Embedded Pages, Links). • In News and Pages, the button widget has been improved. An option to open the button's link in the mobile browser has been added. • In the mobile app, it is now possible to open multiple tabs. For example, you can now link from a custom plugin to another page.

• In the public area, the sign-in button is now conveniently positioned at the top of the vertical menu. This has been fixed. • On the mobile app, linking to a filtered view in the Employee Directory didn't work and all users would be displayed. This has been fixed and now, the link opens the Employee Directory in filtered mode, showing only the subset of users. • Staffbase now offers the option to directly share images and videos from your app to other apps. • On iOS devices, on certain pages the arrow button to return to the previous page was not correctly displayed. This has been fixed. • For iOS devices, the minimum supported app version has been raised to 14.4.

• On iOS, in Event Registration in some cases the form element for the Register Now button did not have labels accessible for screen readers. This has been fixed. • On iOS, in Calendar in some cases the Export Event and Open in Maps links were not usable for screen readers. In addition, the tab panel for List and Calendar views were not read out correctly by the screen readers. Both points have been fixed. • On some iOS devices, the app took a long time to launching. This has been fixed. • On the native apps, linking to a filtered view in the Employee Directory didn't work. Instead of a filtered subset, all users would be displayed. This has been fixed. • In Chat on iOS, screen readers can now better identify the menu button and back button. • In Surveys on iOS devices, screen readers announced some text as a title, rather than plain text. This has been fixed and will help users to navigate the page with screen readers better. • On the native app, folders with menu items didn't get updated when changing the visibility of a menu item, for example, when a user left an open group. This has been fixed.
