I had purchased the bundle package awhile ago with all of the YouCam Apps. Love the upgrades, the cartoon edits are so cute for kids! However, when I try to update them (all five apps), some are not recognizing my purchase for premium. I checked my Apple subscriptions and they’re all there but listed individually at the individual prices instead, and “restore purchase” in the apps don’t seem to work for me. I’d really like to use Enhance today for a restoration project that’s a gift for family, so any help would be greatly appreciated!Love your products and the communities you’ve built! Thank you! xoxo

I’ve used multiple different colorizing and enhancing apps and they’re all basically the same. Some may have more options than others. The colorizer did not do it for me. The de-scratcher removes things it shouldn’t. Debluring was non existent. What I didn’t like the most about this app was the enhancement feature. AI is years away from true enhancement for old photos. The enhancements with this app were awful and so fake looking. The feature enhances only the face per se. You have this fake face on normal neck skin. The lighting feature doesn’t allow to reduce lighting easily. The most annoying part is choosing your next photo. I have folders for easy location of photos yet this app makes it hard to keep having to scroll since the app refreshes, re-scroll in a hurry so the refresh doesn’t get you again. Just couldn’t find the $79 a year price tag worthy for what I need and that’s an app made for old photos. Hopefully the technology gets there.

Missing “Replace” Feature

I've been a dedicated user of YouCam Enhance for some time now, and I've recently upgraded to a yearly subscription, primarily for the "Replace" feature. However, after making the commitment, I was disappointed to find that the "Replace" feature is no longer available in the app. I found the "Replace" feature incredibly useful and enjoyable, and its absence has significantly impacted my user experience. I'm left wondering if this feature will ever return or if it has been permanently removed. While I've generally been satisfied with the app's performance and features, the sudden disappearance of a feature I found valuable has been disappointing. I hope the developers can provide some clarification on this matter and, ideally, bring back the "Replace" feature. Overall, I enjoy using YouCam Enhance, but the absence of the "Replace" feature has been a letdown. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly for the benefit of all users.

Ok seeing that we are in the age of AI enhanced images and videos, you would think the quality of everything would be better. Or at least maybe you could see the finished product before being changed for it, to find out that is extremely poor quality and you would want your money back. And since it’s AI GENERATED and not paying a human to sit there and generate the pics and vids at least then I would know the quality would be better! This app is a joke and a scam with the pay as you go with credits, there is no way to get the credit back if their computer makes something you don’t want, not to mention how much the charge you in credits in the first place, again before you get to see the PRODUCT YOU ARE CHARGED WITH NO WAY OF ASKING FOF A REFUND… how about a water mark before we pay for it so the customer can verify the quality before purchasing the HORRIBLE PRODUCT
