Great training but…

This app became available about 4 months after I started the Feel Great System. So I had already developed the habits to drink the tea in the morning and the balance before meals. I knew the timings. What I love about this app is the trainings. They are succinct but packed with the “why” the system works. I gave only 4 stars because they the trainings 2-4 on journey #3 and training 2 on journey #4 won’t load. Please fix this. I have watched many of the trainings more than once, they really help explain the benefits of intermittent fasting.

Great training but…

I’ve been on the system almost a year and love it. The could use some improvement. As others have said I hate that the finish day button comes up after entering anything and very easy to accidentally hit it and hard to fix it after that. The main issue that has seemed to get worse now is that I’ll enter my meals and I might not hit Finnish day until the next morning and I’ll find it did not save my meals from the previous day a lot time it does it’s random but when it does not it also resets my streak it’s just annoying I’d love to have this fixed.

The team made updates based on review feedback and It makes all the difference. Simple, easy and quick to use to both input and give me info I need. It helps me see my fasting trend over time and to see when each day I’ll have hit my targeted fasting goal before I have the first meal of the day. The way it’s designed it’s about helping me see and make it to my goal, and less about trying to drive the goal up and up.

Every time I enter the app, I have to click through multiple screens to get to the main app. It is as if I’m starting it for the first time every time I open that app.
