I subscribed to the premium plan expecting all the features they advertise: access to exclusive content, a vast library of Bible study guides, glossaries, and commentaries, personalized mentorship, private study space, curated content, the ability to save bookmarks, customize study plans, and review chat history. After paying, I found that none of these features actually exist. There are no new sections, no extra resources, no way to save or review anything, and nothing is customized to your interests. The only difference is the daily chat limit is removed, but most people don’t use the app enough for that to matter. The app is identical to the free version in every way except for unlimited chats. I feel completely misled by their advertising and very disappointed. The $35 isn’t a huge loss, but it’s the principle that matters. Save your money and stick with the free version, because upgrading gives you absolutely nothing extra.
Shalom,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you reaching out and want to clarify that there was most likely a misunderstanding. The features you mentioned in your review (such as study workspace, commentaries and more) belong to a different app called Hebrew Bible Study, and are not part of our Rabbi Ari app. Please content us at info@hebrewbible.app and we will help you!Warm regards,Moshe Cohen
