This app is completely useless. It takes up storage space without offering any functionality that actually works. Every feature I’ve tried either crashes or fails to load. Customer service is equally terrible—reaching out for help is pointless. Even their website is a mess, with broken systems and no resolution in sight. It’s shocking that a multi-billion-dollar company who is entrusted by the government to help with its services can’t provide even the most basic customer support. Save your time and avoid this app altogether!

Just received a new card. Installed the app, trying to register and it’s telling me that the account has already been registered. Not sure how this happens. Then I try to contact customer care, and I can’t submit a request as the Send button does not work even though all required fields are filled out. I’m just astonished how poor the experience has been. Seriously, multi million peso corporation can’t dedicate some additional resources to fix this. Use some of your profits to make your products better and stop sponsoring basketball teams.

Please check this flatform and provide solutions to fix as it was working upon downloading it in my mobile last year as an application to access my balance, unfortunately since the beginning of this year...the platform or application was no longer accessible nor quick balance option....

This should be remove from iOS apps store since this is useless, I have been waiting for the application to be more efficient, rather than logging into website using browser. However when you guys finally made it, you made a JUNK!, so disappointed ☹️. You cannot log in always server error. Honestly this does not deserved even 1 ⭐️
