Are you a member of a Bavarian college or university and need help using your Apple devices? If your institution is a participant in the Bavarian framework agreement for Apple products, you will receive useful information and links on how your university or Apple can help you solve your problems.
To use "iSupport on Campus", your device must be regularly connected to the network of your college or university (WLAN, VPN, ...).
Note: AppleCare for Education support for hardware and repairs is only available for in-service devices purchased since January 01, 2023. Students can use the ACE telephone support for questions and problems regarding Apple applications or Apple operating systems.
