The Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Academy app is a tool that supports the delivery of digital resources and live training courses that JLR retailers undertake as part of their role in the North American market. This app allows learners to learn on their own time in preparation for classroom training. Users will need an authorized JLR Training ID to be able to access the app.
Each course is supported with a series of micro-lessons which include videos, activities and written resources that are designed to give learners the confidence in their knowledge that they can apply the second they walk in the doors for face-to-face training. The short format of the learning segments ensures that learners can complete their journey without needing to commit more than a few minutes at any given time. Post-training retention and engagement allows the learning and conversation to continue after the focused training is complete.
