Great app but crazy at times

Great app , I do everything with this app without any stress and it has so far been able to ease me of my payment , I haven’t had to go to any exchanger since I had this card, If you are traveling to a foreign country it’s very very reliable to use if you have crypto with you. The only problem with the app is anytime I try to deposit bitcoin ( I haven’t encountered this problem with other coin) below $10, it doesn’t reflect and won’t reflect, and I’ve lost about $20 cause it happen to me twice, but didn’t stop be from using it, great app overall, and this is my first time giving an app a review lol. Hope I did well guys

I have been using this app 6 months now everything was going smoothly until i had a problem with my account then i started realizing that they have the worst customer support ever.Suddenly my account was reset and lost the virtual card i paid for. And they are asking me to verify my account and start over, fortunately i have only 10$ remaining in my account and lost them.It is been more than 3 days i’m trying to reach them but no one cares.⚠️⚠️Friendly advice, don’t leave any money on card preferably transfer only the needed amount to use and don’t leave any balance on otherwise you will lose your money
