There are still several basic issues that have not been addressed.First, the app does not automatically authenticate with Face ID on launch. Instead, users have to manually tap a button before Face ID is triggered. The same approach is used throughout the app — users are repeatedly required to press a button instead of Face ID being invoked automatically. Automatic biometric authentication is already the standard across virtually all banking apps and even most security-related applications. It is also impossible to copy a card number within the app. However, I know this functionality is available to other users, for example in the Raiffeisen Bank app, so it would be great to have the same convenience here. There is no option in the security settings to disable screenshot protection. This restriction is frustrating and inconvenient. It should be an optional setting for users who need it. Personally, I do not need screenshot blocking and would like to take normal screenshots, especially when I need to share information with customer support. The customer support chat is also implemented quite poorly. It feels more like a temporary online chat than a proper in-app messaging system. There is no conversation history, and messages can easily disappear. Today there are many proven solutions that allow support chats to be stored inside the application and remain available even if the app is minimized or running in the background. At the moment, the support chat sometimes resets unexpectedly, and in some cases the keyboard even overlaps parts of the chat interface, making it difficult to use.
