I love this neuroscience based app. It’s an easy, fascinating and transformative tool to support emotional fitness and well-being. It passively measures my own and my clients’ key moments of focus, motivation, and connection, providing surprising even startling learning moments every single day about what truly engages or disconnects us. With super UI/UE, the objective data the app provides and the simple, profound steps to Increase joy are invaluable. SIX brings me reflection and insight every single day, it’s like having a funny, wise best friend who really cares and gives seriously good advice as well. Bravo and thank you!

Cool app when it works

Could load the app on my phone and watch, but am unable to create an account; every time I try to and enter my email, a message pops up telling me to check my InBox for a message with a “magic link” to register. Have tried a dozen times over the last 48 hrs and so far no message with a magic link (despite double-checking that my email address is correct, as well as checking my spam folders). Therefore unable to register. Meanwhile, the Watch app works sometimes, and other times stops tracking. This has happened three or four times in the past two days; have had to reload the app and restart my devices. When the app works, it’s been interesting to see the data. In this early stage of development though, it’s just too frustrating to use. I may check back in in a few months to see if it’s improved, and if it will finally allow me to register.

It some tracks by helping me discover what drives my focus and energy during the time of the day I wouldn’t expect it sometimes. I do know that the insights based on neuroscience, SIX can make it easy to understand myself on a different level and highlights patterns in my emotions and wellness. This app has truly boosted my self-awareness, helping me stay connected to what matters and motivating me throughout the day!
