The app does not work properly. You can’t pick the robot or add WiFi . So robot is useless without WiFi . I believe just a scam to collect your data !!! Do not buy this robot !!!! App has no support and it’s useless!!!You can’t even sign up even if you have the right characters for the password it will not accept it. Very frustrating and the vacuum seems to go in circles and it’s very confused and it won’t work. When you try to add a vacuum robot to the app it doesn’t allow it does is a blank gray square there’s not any options horrible app development This product should be single for them to sell to us because it doesn’t work at all it’s a big scam it’s horrible somebody to contact the Better Business Bureau or something to make them stop selling this it’s just stealing from us I would like to get my money back I don’t have the receipt anymore and it’s been too long but the app is so horrible you can’t operate the robot without the app so it’s the whole thing is useless it’s a waste of money

The app will not let me sign up. As you can see the description online is not English but it is marketed as if it is. I am beginning to think this company is a scam. Most of the features on the robot do not work. Most of the features on the remote do not work. The app doesn’t allow me to sign up. I have emailed and called the company with no response. I regret buying this product from Walmart.

Is a little confused but you need check pass by pass, when you stay waiting for connection with the wifi you need to get back and there say what’s the next step before to connect with the wifi and app is easy just be patience AMAZING PRODUCT

Not only does the app not work, the website that the pamphlet sends you to doesn’t work. This company has been a complete scam. The phone number on the pamphlet goes to a different company that produces plastic. They have no affiliation with this company.
