You can also connect your current home alarm system to this app. Requesting help is easy, here is how it works: - Just open the app, sign up with your telephone number, and take a selfie to better get recognized by our responders - In case of an emergency, the app uses your location so the responder knows where to find you - The control room receives your alert and dispatches the fastest responder - The responder will use your selfie to identify you We are here for you. There are no hidden costs and we will never charge you for an incident no matter how big or small - it is all covered by your security service provider. Please note that you can only use this service if your local provider has activated it for you.
