「護老幫」手機應用程式由基督教家庭服務中心製作，程式旨在提供一站式網上互動平台。程式包括三大功能： 1.⁠ ⁠「替假護老者」支援配對 2.⁠ ⁠義工服務配對 3.⁠ ⁠復康物資轉贈 替假護老者支援配對服務，希望招募及培訓熱心社區人士。替假護老者須完成特定課程並完成相關考核方可提供相關服務。「替假護老者」提供短暫上門看顧服務，讓長期獨力照顧長者的護老者能夠定期歇息。透過流動網絡覆蓋令護老者更便利及快捷找到社區人士幫手，彈性安排親友照顧事項，以減輕社會資源負擔以服務更多區內有需要長者家庭。
