My ex mars don’t connect 😡😡😡😡

It’s very sad but true. I connected my ex mars to blue tooth and then the next thing you know it says “firmware not supported” whatever that means, I don’t like it. Because now I can’t even use the app. And on the other ex mars app I tried to update the firmware and it said “firmware already up to date” so now I don’t know what to do other than just deleting the app or do further research… I’m sure tho it would be a great app if it weren’t for that one major issue.
