Slow and locks up

This app runs extremely slow and tends to lock up, especially the last few days it’s made it really nearly impossible to even use it. It may be OK if you only have 1000 accounts but anything more than that it tends to not have enough buffer space

New app…old problems…and new ones!

An Irate Member
Both apps have map issues when routing, I’m so sick of hearing the voice when I try and check in. The voice specifically interrupts music streaming and makes it so it skips and won’t play right. Never had I had any app interfere with music streaming before. You’d think you’d want to make it easier for people who are mostly using this in a mobile setting. On the note of making things worse…WHY did you change it on the new app so that the pertinent infortmation is now the smallest text on the whole page. Again, you’ve made it very clear you had no intentions to design an app made for ease of use in a mobile setting.

There’s new tools and accessibility features inside of clearplan+ that makes it much better and more useful than the original platform. If you can’t find them; you’re not using the platform to the best of its ability.
