I used this app in Mtl while I had a car for a few weeks for the first time and it made the signs really easy to understand in areas where they’re broken or lopsided and convoluted. Where I could I would confirm that the green on the app was indeed allowed by the signs and the app was never wrong. It helped me find the one legal parking spot in the entirety of the Plateau

Great, but I have one suggestion

Love the app, really helps me remember where my car is parked and when I need to move it by. I really rely on having the timer on my lockscreen. It’s the best feature. But it goes away after a few hours. Like if I set a parking spot and the timer shows up in my lockscreen, by the next day the timer will always be gone. I rely on having the timer in my lockscreen so that I never forget to move my car. So if you guys could figure out how to keep the timer from going away, that would be huge. It would also be nice for the timer in the lock screen to be formatted by number of days (like it is in the app) rather than the number of hours. Like right now the lockscreen timer would say like 50 hrs rather than 3d 2hrs. Great app overall and really helpful and easy to use, just have these suggestions because I know you guys listen to the reviews and care about your app. Thanks.Edit:I have another suggestion. There should be a feature whereby you get notifications to move your car at timed intervals. So like 24hrs before the deadline, ParkUsher app sends a notification saying "You must move your car in 24 hours". Then maybe 12 hours, 6 hours, 1 hour, you get it. Would be really helpful because the 10-minute warning they have right now is simply not enough advance of a warning.
Inaccurate, and still too undeveloped for $4/month

I was very excited to get this app relying on street parking on the upper east side in nyc. I don’t know the last time I downloaded an app so fast off an ad. I quickly came to find out that many of the streets around me are not filled in and the ones that are filled are relatively inaccurate. I saw Madison Ave was open, but then quickly found out there was roadwork that night and couldn’t park there. There needs to be a Waze like function where users can report. Now $4/month is not a lot and much cheaper than the $500/month garages, but I just can’t justify paying for a very incomplete software. If it was up to me I would say only have the free version while it is in development which it seems to be, or offer a better way to close off a block. I use Waze reporting with no incentive, maybe offer points = money off as one and then it will work best. I have this 3 stars because it definitely has the potential but needs something and is not good enough for use yet.

I don’t even know where to begin. Thank you so much for this feedback.I have so much admiration for people like you who take the time to write something this thoughtful and detailed. I genuinely don’t care about the stars; it’s the feedback I care about, and this one hit deep.We actually do have a report button in the app, and me and my co-founders are literally walking these NYC streets ourselves to test everything in person. You’re 100% right, it needs to be better. We are getting there !!We’re pushing two big updates soon: a way better search and a surprise feature we think you’ll love. Once they’re out, I’d be super curious to hear what you think. send me an email to support@parkusher.appAlso, no joke, we printed this review and put it up in our tiny office to remind ourselves why we’re building this.Thank you again 🙏- Ali
Convenient app

I highly recommend this app. I find parking on the app before I even go to my destination, unless it’s occupied. the app tells you where it’s legal to park. I rather pay $30 a year for Park user than close to 1000 for parking tickets.
Everyone’s had the pleasure already… now it’s Vancouver’s turn. Downtown Vancouver is officially live. New streets, new parking adventures, and a whole new city to explore with ParkUsher.
Now go enjoy the Vancouver summer, park with confidence, and feel the magic.
