while signing up as I received a message that I am eligible to use STC bank , every time I set up a password it gets rejected then it locks the account

The new 100 SAR minimum top-up limit is absurd for an e-wallet! E-wallets are supposed to offer flexibility, not force me to load 100 SAR just to send 25 or 50 SAR to friends. It defeats the purpose of quick transfers, and many are already switching to better options. I also regret upgrading to STC Bank — it’s just an e-wallet pretending to be a bank account, with long verification steps and calls just to add people for transfers. I already have several real bank accounts and don’t need the hassle. I miss the simplicity of the original STC Pay and would gladly delete my account and re-sign up just to get it back. You’re losing users with these frustrating change.

The new 100 SAR minimum top-up limit is absurd for an e-wallet! E-wallets are supposed to offer flexibility, not force me to load 100 SAR just to send 25 or 50 SAR to friends. It defeats the purpose of quick transfers, and many are already switching to better options. Compared to STC pay the new app is more fast and responsive. They learn from their mistakes and they fixed a lot of bags.

Absolute worse user experience ever, to just log in takes forever and multi steps through. Besides that, it freezes half way through, and a trusted device never stays trusted it always changes. What’s the point of a trusted device if it keeps changing all the time? Honestly very bad application and user experience idk how they call themselves a bank.
