This app is truly fantastic. You can see the amount of work that Morgan and her team put into it all. Everything is very organized, easy to understand, and the workouts are amazing. I love how there are videos for everything. You have videos of Morgan demonstrating the workout along with an in depth video of how to do it. Videos of how to read the workout programs, use the app, and etc. I enjoy the variety of recipes and how it has the difficulty level on each one as well, so you can be prepared ahead of time as you choose which meals you’d like to pick. My FAVORITE part of this app though, has to be the mobility tab…it is amazing! Being a work from home girl, these have definitely come in handy. The videos make it very easy to follow and the way it is all separated and named according to each body part makes it simple to navigate through and see which ones I’d like to do. Overall this app is FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend. Thank you Morgan and everyone on your team for creating such a wonderful app that so many people can use to enjoy a happy and healthy life🤍

I’ve been weight lifting on-off for 4-5 years now but mostly powerlifting and bodybuilding style. I want to change it up and try something new for a bit. I love to watch Morgan’s style of training so want to giving her program a go. So far loving it! Each workout is challenging and I feel strong. Everything in the program is superset so it’s a little challenging sometime at my gym when the equipments are being used to far from the other. But I can mostly work around that and still have an effective workout.Now, there are a lot more that could be improved user experience wise. Some task flows of the app are not so smooth and seem a little confusing to navigate. I’d also love to be able to switch/move the workout around during the week since I can’t hit the gym on the same day every week due to my work. So I might want to move my rest day or my active recovery to the day that I can’t make it to the gym. I know the app is still very new, so I hope and I’d love to see more features, better flow, more well designed user interface and user experience as the app evolve! :)

It’s hard to find a fitness program/app that encompasses its all! I have been through many programs since building home gym trying to find one that embodies all aspects of fitness! Morgan has done it with this app! Previously I did CrossFit for 10years I have been on the hunt for a program that helps me focus more on strength/ mobility and just feeling good after workouts! Morgan has made it where a daily workout warms you up, hit some strength/ accessory training, a little burner at the end and then cools your down! Another bonus this app have amazing recipes for meal prep and fb community with awesome members to share goals with! The app has 2 programs to choose from to fit your lifestyle and training time! You can tell Morgan put her heart and soul into this app! Thank you for creating this platform!

I’ve tried so many fitness apps and I’m blown away by the quality of this app! It has all the things the other apps were missing - immediately shows the video of the workout you should be doing, weight tracking, multiple programs to choose from, warm ups/cool downs built in to each day, ability to pick how many days a week you want to work out, Facebook group - and more! The price point is also unbeatable. If you’re wanting a way to motivate yourself to stay more consistent in the gym, this will help tremendously. So excited to have this app and see where my fitness goes this year - thank you thank you thank you Morgan. Just buy it!!!!!!!
