I have been a hygienist since 2012. Always had a full time job and subbed on my days off for extra money. Before Teero, finding offices to sub in, their hours, and negotiating pay could be difficult. Not to mention how and when you were going to get your pay. You were responsible for tracking down your pay and when. With Teero everything you need is right on the app- easy to use and very transparent. The sub rate is CLEARLY listed, no negotiating needed, all the details about the office are listed right down to the software they use. Teero also handles the pay, you get paid weekly and all in a bulk deposit from Teero even if you worked at multiple offices the week before. And best of all, they send you a W2 at the end of the year. I have always gotten answers promptly when I text my Teero rep. Overall this has taken the guess work and back and forth out of subbing. Such a huge advantage for the dental professional. I love it!

I was rlly nervous about leaving my home office to full time temp, but it worked out so well bc of Teero. There are so many shifts near me and I make way more money now with lots of flexibility! Being W-2 makes all the tax stuff so simple n easy and I’ve literally never had better customer support from any other company. You can call/text them any day and their entire team is sooo sweet and helpful!! You know everything you might wanna know about the office before walking in and every shift I’ve picked up has been amazing. Teero is the best Temp App available for RDHProfessionals! I love it!This is why….Teero provides W-2 work, which is a huge advantage over other Temp Apps.Teero now offers guaranteed all day pay if the office cancels within 24 hours.Teero App provides the name with pictures and location of the Dental Office.My favorite feature is the REVIEW section.I always check the reviews written by dental hygienist that completed their shift.This provides information about equipment, computers, sharp or bad instruments, staff members.Check it out you not be disappointed!As a satisfied employee I always recommend Teero to Dental Offices that are not using Teero in hopes that they will in the future. I stress again you make more money with W-2 work! Plenty of offices are now using Teero so you can find local work any day of the week. If you have any issues Teero will respond very quickly by text or phone to address them.Great Compony to work for!

This app is great not only for its interface and aesthetics, but the service and help is fantastic. They call or text back in a timely manner. They have a human touch with their wording and have always been so kind. They also have your back when an office cancels at the last minute or even same day. I love that they continue to update the app and if I only had one suggestion it would be that we hygienists could hide or block an office from showing up in our search. That’s probably it. Love Teero!
