I’m 56 and trying to find something that I can do consistently and makes me feel the workout. It’s hard to believe that I can feel something with every workout.

AVOID this Poorly Designed AI Garbage SCAM

This app is so poorly designed. It is worth absolutely no money at all, and I can’t believe that they are not willing to refund me. What a scam!!! I cannot believe Apple allows this scam to continue unchecked on the App Store and that the app even exists. I tried downloading it to use it for calisthenics workouts and was willing to pay the first $60 if it meant finding some way to discipline myself and keep myself to a routine. I then discovered that it is all so poorly designed: low resolution, assets, AI generated content, poorly looping videos with weird sound. It is absolutely the lowest bar for quality, so I cancelled after a week. Not only that but it is a SCAM!! They charged me $31 on December 1 and then $59 the same day. Then at the very end of December on the 29th they also charged me another payment of $31 and on December 30 another payment of $59. Charged me over $160 in one month without my knowledge and refused to refund me due to their asinine policy.

Decided to try Lasta, prior to knowing that my spouse was to deploy, and have yet to have the opportunity to use it. I didn't realize that I had subscribed and would be it would be auto renewed without a email reminder to inform you that your subscription will be renewed. The transaction is still pending, but when I contact them, their response is "per our Terms and Conditions agreed to at purchase, we're unable to issue a refund in this case." So, I am now paying over $100 for an app that I have never used and will continue to not use. Do not subscribe unless you are truly wanting to pay for the app.**NOTE - Despite Response below, and I emailing them as requested, I have yet to hear back regarding a solution!**

I actually entered my email address incorrectly when I signed up for Lasta. Lily Cole assisted me on this matter. I opened a ticket with lasta and in one day she got my email address straightened out. Thanks Lily!! BTW Lista has so much to offer. Never seen a site where there were so many different types of training available. Check the out when you have time.
