X600 4K - Lane Departure Alarm

The app is easy to use, and installation was smooth. I’m using this in the United States.However, one downside is the lane departure (차선이탈) alarm. It goes off even when I’m clearly staying within my lane, which can be distracting while driving.Other than that, everything else has been great. If FineVu can improve the accuracy of the lane departure warning, that would be great.앱은 사용하기 쉽고 설치도 매우 간편했습니다. 전 미국에서 쓰고있습니다.다만 아쉬운 점은 차선이탈 알람 기능입니다. 차선을 잘 유지하고 있는데도 알람이 울리는 경우가 있어 운전 중에 다소 방해가 됩니다. 민감도를 낮춰도 가끔 발생합니다.이 점을 제외하면 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 차선이탈 경고의 정확도가 개선된다면 더할 나위 없이 좋은 제품이 될 것 같습니다.

We’re glad to hear that you’re satisfied with the ease of installation and the app usability.Regarding the lane departure warning alerts occurring even when you are driving within the lane, this behavior on the X600 4K model is most commonly related to the installation angle of the dash cam.As the X600 4K is a NON-LCD model, the viewing angle can be checked and adjusted through the Live View screen in the FineVu mobile app. We recommend adjusting the camera so that the horizon line is positioned approximately 45–50% from the top of the screen in the Live View. This adjustment often improves lane detection accuracy.If the issue persists after adjusting the angle, please feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance.
