Exceptionally simple and Fast Banking app

I have been using this new app from Kotak Bank as I switched from HDFC. I find this banking app to be far more superior than anything else I have used from banks. This app allows me to transfer, invest or deposit money in a few taps. Have also seen cool personal loan offers with instant disbursement. Love it!!

Multi-Device Access and Limited Login Options

This is me’.
I’m unable to use the app on multiple devices, as it only allows login through SMS verification to a single phone number. This restriction makes it difficult to access the app from another phone, especially in situations where remote support is needed. This is particularly challenging for older users, like my parents, who are not very familiar with using mobile apps. Since I can't log in from a different device, it's impossible to help them troubleshoot or guide them unless I'm physically with them. The lack of alternative login methods (such as email, authenticator apps, or multi-device support) makes the experience unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating.Please consider offering additional login options and allowing access across multiple devices to make the app more user-friendly and accessible.

This is the only banking app that needs an active Indian SIM card always to access mobile banking. Even on a phone that has registered number and has MPIN activated it insists on an active carrier connection to use mobile banking. This does not work well (why should spend on roaming?) when traveling abroad or NRE banking - why not work with WiFi? Also, app can only be installed on device that has registered mobile number. The online guide says we can install on multiple device but hasn’t worked - checked with RM

I can’t use it

It is terrible. I am out of India now. So my sms not sending (income messages I receive regularly). So I can’t use app at all! Also it doesn’t open from another country! I had to use Indian vpn just try to open it! The Old app was working correctly and could use it, but you blocked it! New app is not working and there is no any alternative option if I can’t send sms! You blocked my money and I don’t have access to it and can’t transfer to other bank (which is working properly with no issue even abroad).
