This app is not easy to use

I had to close and re-load the app a couple of times just to try to finish my task, because some things would randomly stop working (for example, selecting country when linking a payment card). Then when I tried to withdraw $250USD from my payment cards, all 5 cards from 3 different U.S. banks were declined--debit and credit, cards active, funds available. If it helps anyone reading this, you first have to withdraw funds to spend from your linked card before then trying to pay with QR code--this wasn't clear to me at first. I hope this app can be improved so that tourists feel more comfortable relying on it.

I can’t pass the verification stage. I keep following instructions, taking pictures of my passport and moving my head left, right and down and keeps sending back to the sign on page again and again.I sent an email to support but no response as of yet.

I have the same problem as other reviewers, the face recognition and verification process does not work properly. The app is not usable. The tech support is very fast, friendly, and eager to help but, they are not able to help so far.
