Thanks to Ryan and Gnarmaste, I work better, I surf better, I skate better. Grew up playing sports and lived in a gym. As I got older I wanted nothing to do with the gym or “working out”. Finally decided to take care of my body and the only way an average surfer and skater could stay average is to take care of my body. Thanks to this training I’m progressing. Long story short I feel the best I have felt in my life even at 41!

Absolutely love this app! It's super user-friendly with a wide range of workouts that are great for even the non surfers out there. One of my favorite features is the body weight section (no equipment needed). It’s an awesome thing in the toolbox for all the travelers out there. This is my go to fitness app - Highly recommend!!

This app is great for those that don’t have access to a huge gym, weights, or equipment. They explain how to use your own body to train to help you get ready for surfing and just stay fit overall. Highly recommend
