Great people, great service, great bank

Who uses the big banks when community banks like Western State Bank exist? Their app is solid, allows me to do pretty much everything I need to through it. I don’t live in North Dakota anymore but haven’t had any problems still banking with Western. They offer great rates for mortgages (I did two through them that I shopped around - ask for Beth P - If you need a home mortgage or refi - she was awesome to work with!) Their customer service has also been top notch - I have spent many frustrating hours on the automated phone at Wells Fargo trying to talk to someone at to get info on their products and the people who work there couldn’t even figure out what division to send me to. The only problem I had with Western was when I tried to open up a HELOC up to 90% LTV against my mortgage - BUT hat was back in mid summer 2020 when covid shutdowns were most lenders cracked down on things, and I am pretty confident Western would happily reconsider

Since I left Wells Fargo Bank and started with Western State Bank I couldn’t be much happier! The customer service and hometown feeling you get. No ATM fees, free online check deposits, and will make you a card in minutes with no waiting! Your missing out if you have not started an account with them!

Love this bank here in Casa Grande. It is so hometown and friendly. The employees all treat our family royally. You really feel like you know the tellers and office workers personally.

WSB has 2 locations just a little over a mile from each other (2 buildings at one of the sites).Yes, Arizona is a nice place but please Brian consider spreading out for your local customers.The property you owned on 52nd would have been easily accessible to many customers.John Overboe
