فريق عمل دار الإفتاء هو تطبيق مبتكر وشامل بهدف التواصل الإلكتروني بين الموظفين والإدارة حيث يكون لكل موظف بدار الإفتاء حساب شخصي مربوط برقم هاتفه المسجل لدى إدارة شئون العاملين ويعتبر أي إجراء يتم من خلال هذا الرقم على التطبيق بمثابة موافقه الموظف على هذا الإجراء في حدود صلاحيات كل حساب.
وتكون المرحلة الأولى لعمل هذا التطبيق هي إدارة الإجازات إلكترونيًا حيث يمكن تتبع إجازات الموظفين والاحتفاظ بها، مما يتيح للموظف سهولة الاطلاع على ما حصل عليه من اجازات وما تبقى له بالإضافة إلى ذلك يسمح التطبيق للموظف بتقديم طلبات للحصول على مايستحقه من إجازات اعتيادي، وعارضه وكذا يسمح التطبيق للمدير بتكليف أحد مرؤوسيه بمأمورية عمل ويتم إخطار الموظف المكلف بها إلكترونيُا بعد اعتمادها من المدير المختص.
