I came across the b card and saw they advertised a free trial to see if you liked their app and product. I was not highly impressed with it, although it isn’t a bad product, but I thought the amount of money charged for the service was a bit much. The next day into the free trial I canceled my subscription. I sent an email as well as going into the app and canceling the service as well as canceling it in my Apple account. Three weeks went by and for the first time I used a new card to purchase. Storage for my iCloud at the very same time that I did that only a few moment this company B card without my consent, acknowledgment or permission charged my card for their services. When I contacted Apple to know that I did not want this for the service and had canceled it a few weeks prior before their free trial was over so that I wouldn’t be charged that I had renewed my subscription, which is untrue. I would like my money returned and for companies to start being honest and stop taking people’s money fraudulently. I may have been prone to use this app in the future at some point, but the dishonesty of them doing this has brought me to the Decision that I will never be using their app.

As app developers, we do not have access to your payment details, bank or card information, or the ability to charge, renew, or cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.This means that:If a subscription is canceled in your Apple ID settings, we cannot reactivate or renew it from our side.Any charges after cancellation are handled directly by Apple, according to their subscription policies.Developers legally cannot access or modify user billing accounts in any way.We always recommend checking your subscription status in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to make sure it is shown as canceled.We fully respect our users and never intend to cause inconvenience. If a mistaken charge happened, Apple Support is the only party authorized to process refunds.Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve, and we hope this clarification is helpful.

Awful waste of money

This app is awful, the wallet function doesn’t work properly, the cards are not customizable enough, and you can only add one custom link. 😤 To make it worse, the subscription promises to allow you to remove their branding from the card, that’s not true… I had this app installed for all of maybe an hour or 2 and they won’t refund my subscription… even though the app doesn’t work as intended… waste of money

At the moment, the number of custom links and card customization options depends on the subscription tier, and we’re continuously expanding those features based on user feedback like yours.About branding removal — our Pro subscription does remove in-app branding from shared cards. If that didn’t reflect correctly on your account, that may indicate a sync or subscription verification issue, and we’d absolutely want to correct that right away.Regarding refunds: subscriptions purchased through the App Store are processed directly by Apple, which means refunds must be requested through Apple’s support system. Logos a bit blurry

Logo image clarity
When I add my card to my Apple wallet, the logos I use are really fuzzy and blurry. Is there a way I can fix this on my end? Everything else is great though.

Logo image clarity
