Bugs and limitations

First, the limitations. There are several days worth of tips and they are good tips. However, you are only allowed to look at one subject a day. They make you wait until the next day to see another subject. So, if you don’t look at it for three days you can’t see three days worth of tips. Then what happens is after your initial 28 day trial, you have only really had the opportunity to see 10-15 tips, if you skip days. But you can still talk to a stylist which is sometimes AI. Limitation 2: you get 30 minutes with a stylist and unless you have been extremely detailed with your first message to them you won’t get the response you are looking for. My stylist was offline for atleast 25 minutes, giving me no time to refine my goal. Then the BUG: as you are looking at tips, or basically anywhere in the app, my screen goes white and I am unable to go further. When I back out, I can’t get back to where I was. Too annoying to justify the cost. Worst part, you try to report the bug, it has a screen to do that, but it won’t allow you to type anything. So the bug issue will never get solved. Again, not worth the money.

I wish there was more interaction in the session, I joined and they told me they were putting together my outfit, and didn’t really ask me any questions based on what kind of look I was trying to get. It was essentially 40 minutes of nothing, literally no responses, no questions - just a “give me a few minutes as I work on putting your outfit together.” then I was presented with an outfit I would never wear, which was picked based on my quiz answers… but the quiz was really generic and I felt it was strange that someone would pick out an outfit without asking for the type of colors I wanted to wear or my motivations for seeking a styling service. I shared a picture of my figure as well as the clothes I typically wear and the stylist came up with a new outfit based on my input. Though I’m not going to lie all their responses felt like an AI chatbot and very copy/pasted. It didn’t really feel like something developed just for me - but rather pre-selected templates recycled to other customers. I also never really got insight into why they made the choices they did for the second outfit, but honestly by then almost an hour had passed and during the whole session they weren’t very responsive with feedback or anything. Really disappointed with the whole experience and how this service advertises itself as a styling service but really doesn’t do any work to style people, just trying by to push sales.I feel like I wasted money for sure.

If I could go back in time and ignore their marketing, I 100% would. It started with a catchy IG Story about an app that had stylists creating outfit options to up your style. Then proceeded to me having to take a quiz. By the time I got through the quiz, what I was under the impression the app/program is, was absolutely not what it is. If you are purchasing into this program be aware your subscription is to be able to talk to a stylist, who will then select outfits for you to consider buying. And from the sound of many other reviews you may be waiting a minute for an appointment. I thought this was an app that shared outfit inspiration/purchasable options based on your quiz results that stylists had curated. I have no desire to schedule calls or talk with a stylist. When I realized what the app actually was (within 24 hours of purchasing the subscription) I contacted customer service, requesting a cancellation/refund as I was not clear on what I was purchasing and had not used and will not be using their service. They claimed they do not issue refunds for personal or financial reasons (so basically they don’t refund period), and tried to encourage me to go ahead and book a stylist appointment. At this point I’ve ensured the subscription is canceled from future charges, and deleted it from my phone.For some people that want to work with a stylist and are willing to risk farther out stylist availability (as others have complained about) maybe this program is for you. But for anyone unclear of what they’re actually providing you, don’t waste your time or money.

HUGE SCAM. Initial subscription price provides one outfit suggestion a month and then every other service advertised in their marketing is an add on fee. Only other things on website are articles that do not unlock until you do the previous article and "homework". I clicked through one to see the next, had already done the homework of speaking to a stylist and trying the service and it would not unlock the next article. In terms of the styling. After stating I liked the look of the first outfit but did not buy unsustainable clothing from unknown brands made of polyester they suggested a second option of flowing linen pants with a linen shirt both from jcrew. I gave the feedback that two flowy items without any structure made me look bigger and they said this is your third and final suggestion and then gave me another jcrew pant that was also flowy. I canceled my subscription so as not to be charged again and asked for a refund as well. Obviously they would not refund because "Regarding your request for a refund due to concerns about the advertising and what was included, our money-back policy has clear guidelines, and—unfortunately—it does not cover refund requests based on personal dissatisfaction or unmet expectations. This also includes situations where additional services or features may have extra fees, as detailed prior to purchase. While we work hard to keep all advertising and communications accurate, I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding in your experience.". I mean kudos to the marketing team for amazingly deceptive practices that then the fine print allows them to keep the money. Stay far away from this company.
