I would recommend Jacks Casino app. It’s a detailed way of keeping track of special events and offers. I absolutely love the newer features of having an option to be altered when an event takes place. I appreciate that both Cleveland and Thistle Down casino/ racing are within the same app and you are not required to have more than one.

I love the atmosphere of this casino and it’s always lively upbeat and friendly so are the dealers. The layout of the casino is awesome. I still have not stayed at the hotel. It’s attached to it. However, I’ve always stayed at the Hyatt, which is a half a block away. Plus to top it off. I’ve always won at this casino. Jack’s is awesome.

Your app is so easy to use! You need another restaurant. You have one high end and another that we had such a bad experience will never eat there again. And more restrooms. I gave 5 stars because I really like it there and my host (Oudel) is wonderful. He always checks on me to make sure I’m ok and just to chat.Thanks Denise George
