This app has everything you need when it comes to comedy! So many comedy specials and comedians to explore. You can create an organized portfolio essentially of who you’ve seen, who you’re interested in seeing, and the specials you’ve seen or want to watch next! The interactive map can also help you find comedy clubs near you so you can see your favorite comedians!

Awesome idea! This really is the first platform to bring together all avenues of stand-up, a genre that can be hard to learn a ton about if you’re not up to date on podcasts, where it seems like all the marketing is almost exclusively done. Hope to see some further iterations and updates with this amazing concept in the future!

I’ve been trying to find a website or app that brings together all the different types of standup, and finally this app does. Idk why it’s ridiculously hard to find a list of a comedians comedy specials, but this app fixes that along with tons of other features. I feel like any fan of stand-up would want to download.

If you’re even remotely serious about stand-up comedy—whether you’re a casual fan or completely obsessed like I am—Jester is a game changer. It solves a problem I’ve had for years: keeping track of specials, and actually staying current without spending hours digging across Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and the many other platforms hosting new specials.The curation is excellent. Find a comic you like, and the app identifies all their specials, their albums … and even any podcasts they’ve appeared on.It’s also incredibly satisfying from an organization standpoint. Finally having a clean way to track what I’ve watched (and what I want to watch) makes the whole experience of being a stand-up fan feel more intentional. And, importantly, it makes it impossible to miss that “hot new special” that you otherwise may have missed.And maybe the biggest thing: this app was clearly built by people who actually love stand-up. That comes through in every part of it.If you care about comedy, this is an easy download. If you really care about comedy, this app is essential.
