Sometimes it freezes on that pearl draw thing and it steals 100 of my pearls without giving me a new (or already obtained) fish (or TETHYS). Good game otherwise, less pushy monetization as the newer version of the game (but that’s not saying much). I should mention that this only started happening after the most recent update. Edit: I don’t wanna have to download a new app just to contact support, I don’t have the “mail” app and I have no intention of downloading it. Why do you not just have an option to contact support directly through the app? Seems fishy, almost like you’re purposefully trying to make it harder for people to get refunds :) I didn’t buy anything, but I’m just saying…Games like this with heavy micro-transactions (if you can even call them that considering the cheapest is $5, and with tax, and the most expensive is over $100, and with tax) only care about profit, not the quality of their game or the user’s experience. Like, $7 for one fish? Exploitative. Benefiting from the gambling mentality of the consumer base who get dopamine from seeing themselves obtain something shiny and cool- when really it’s just shameless over-monetization and greed from the developers, and when it strikes the consumer that it was literally $7 for a digital fish, they’re unable to easily contact support to receive a refund. I like the fish, but I will not buy a single thing in this game and no one else should either (unless you plan to do a chargeback, easily done via your bank’s designated app or website, just so you know).
