Do not waste your time with this app. Basically every “feature” just makes you download a separate FIFA app. How disappointing it is - putting your name/brand on a product used to actually mean something.

Horrible, Horrible! Horrible! Shame on FIFA Club World Cup

Horrible experience. Inexcusable for FIFA CWC to have such an amateurish App that practically does not work at all. Bought my tickets with an arm and a leg, and went through a rabbit-hole of instructions to register on the CWC app to access my tickets. No tickets. I keep getting email reminders to access my tickets. But when I try to do so, no tickets. Deleted and reinstalled the App, STILL NO TICKETS, with only 5 hours to go for gates to open, and 7 hours for kick-off. And NO CERTAINTY at all that I will get the tickets before gates open. And we are one year away from the World Cup!!! Imagine the chaos trying to purchase tickets for World Cup matches with this kind of service!!!I gave it a 1-star rating. I would have chosen a -1 star(minus 1 star) if that option were available.

You have to scroll past the news stories to see the ticket option, which quickly transitions to the hospitality page. This is going to be an absolute mess on match day with the crowds of people trying to get in if tickets aren’t readily available.
