I've been using Daily Breathe for a few days and it's been amazing for keeping track of my asthma. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to log peak flows and check my status at a glance with the color zones – green, yellow, and red. Integrating with Apple Health is a big plus, putting all my health data in one spot. Also, the app's focus on privacy is reassuring. If you have asthma, this app is a must-have for staying on top of your condition!
