I liked it better when it opened to the groupings rather than needing to select a favorite account. I miss seeing the groups when I select see all accounts. Otherwise, it works great.

App used to be great and notify you whenever a transaction occurred. Ever since the major “update” it takes nearly a week to see a transaction in an account. The interface is worse than it was and the app is much more difficult to use. There is really no point in using it because I have to sum up my transactions myself and guess which ones processed. Genuinely a terrible app for banking. They need to bring back the pre existing version. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I have been extremely disappointed with this app.

I’m blown away at how intuitive and easy to use this app is. It’s like the big bank apps, but without all the ads and clutter. Never expected something this good from a community bank.

This app is useless unless you just want to look at how much is in your account. It doesn’t even let you pay a bill through the app!!!!! I never paid a bill via computer, just on the app. And now it’s a hastle to find a computer to pay my bills. Bring back the old app where you can actually pay a bill via app. Come on it’s 2024 almost 2025; all banks have apps where you can pay a bill from. But not northern bank! It’s not a user friendly system!!! The old app was great- you were able to pay bills, transfer money, lock cards, and so much more. This new one is a waste to have it even in your phone. If I could give a lower start rating I would. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Please fix this disaster of an app!
