We fixed bugs and improved performance to make the app more stable and faster.

We’ve introduced a new feature in the app that allows staff members to manage Shift Logs through a form where they can record updates with images and videos, specify units and/or locations, assign tags, and mark items as High Priority to automatically notify personnel previously configured in Power Admin. All logs are displayed in descending chronological order (newest to oldest), and at the end of the shift, users can tap the End of Shift button to officially close their shift.

We have released the new incident reporting module in the Staff App. This tool will allow staff members to manage incidents efficiently. It has the ability to organize incidents by categories, and severity, document and edit them, add photos, videos, and audio, and change the status of an incident to draft, pending review, and finalized. This update will facilitate the most complete and fastest way of incident management!
