iD app by iCard helps redefine the way you verify your identity. It is specifically designed to help with client identification for opening an account with iCard and ordering a prepaid or a debit card.
Verify your identity from anywhere, anytime. The process is simplified and can be completed in under 5 minutes. To complete it, all you need to do is:
1. Enter the unique 9-digit code received by e-mail in the iD app.
2. Prepare your ID document. You’ll be prompted to take photos of it, as well as a selfie.
3. Once you’ve finished and your identification session is processed, you will receive an e-mail with additional information.
