I’ve been shopping at Bloom for awhile. Good selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. While it hadn’t stopped me from placing online orders, I wasn’t crazy about the app interface before this latest update. It was slow and looked thrown together at the last minute. The new update is a HUGE improvement. I’m honestly shocked by the significant improvement. 10/10 so happy Bloom invested in this update. Definitely improves the shopping experience :)
Frustrating Login Issues on Website

The app lets you sign in eventually but then redirects you straight to the website to actually shop, and that’s where everything falls apart. No sign in method works reliably on the site. Whether you try email, Google, or Apple, it claims your account does not exist. If you attempt to create a new account, it says you already have one. Google and Apple attempts just display this error: There was a problem while signing you in. If this error continues try to log in with email. You cannot redeem or use any rewards points online at all. Staff in the store acknowledge this is a known ongoing problem. The entire website needs a professional developer to fix or rebuild it properly. Please address these issues soon!

I love this store the app works fine i like how I can have so many options when searching for strain brands price etc. I would recommend if there’s a store near you the Painesville Ohio store is great.

New app is good.I like the layout so far, and the integration of rewards, transaction history, and shopping built into the app makes for an awesome one stop shop for all dispensary needs.Only gripe is that when trying to log in using my google account to submit my order, I was faced with the never ending loading screen. Once this bug is fixed, I would give the app a 5 stars rating.
