Any time I try logging in on mobile and putting in my email it wont let me it keeps loading I just wanna play Fortnite on mobile is there anyway you guys can fix that because I don’t know if it’s not my storage and it’s taking so long or just the app but please respond or find a way to fix it or even give epic games a update but it’s not the bad I just wish it would work better

The gift card process is a very very VERY hard process requiring you to continuously sign in and out of the account to even reach the checkout screen then once there it had bugs that when clicking the check out button it glitched and sent me back to the same page, after countless reloads I finally go there and see my pay now button not working and after doing some research it turns out a Childs account despite being a teenager and having the money in the account after the parent/guardian logging in from their account to get into the whole mess you need to change access and log into a DIFFERENT account afterwards changing parental controls to even allow the payment to go through after this long grueling process, epic fix this ASAP

The app gave me lots of trouble trying to link my accounts and the wrong email being input it would not let me change the email no matter what I did. So I was stuck thinking it would be a simple fix I contacted support. I had to talk to a robot for way too long that made things worse than better. Finally I got to the person who I thought was gonna be helpful ends up they have feet for hands and hands for brains. He couldn’t fix my issue and instead told me to make a new email for it and it was all a lie it ended up being a full account change recovery not just for the email. Long story short if they didn’t have good games in their arsenal this would just be a homeless shelter.

beyond frustrated with Epic Games Support. I have spent hours trying to resolve a problem that should not be this difficult, and I still cannot get a real person to actually look at my situation.My Fortnite/Epic account is connected to an old Gmail address that I created when I was a kid. I no longer have access to that Gmail, I don’t know the password, and I don’t have the old phone number. I completely understand why Epic has security procedures, but the problem is that I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY EPIC/FORTNITE ACCOUNT THROUGH MY XBOX.My PlayStation account was permanently banned, and all I am trying to do is connect my existing Fortnite/Epic account to a different, non-banned PlayStation account. Instead of letting me explain this situation to an actual support representative, the automated system repeatedly sends me back to the same recovery wizard.I have already explained that I cannot access the old email. Telling me to recover an email account that I physically cannot access does absolutely nothing to solve my problem. Then I ask for a human and get sent right back to the same automated instructions. It feels like I’m talking to a brick wall.I am NOT asking Epic to ignore its security policies. I am asking for someone to actually review my case and tell me what legitimate options I have. I can provide information to verify ownership of the account, including my Xbox information, account details, purchase information, and anything else Epic requires.The most frustrating part is knowing that I can still access my Fortnite account through Xbox while being completely unable to get meaningful assistance from Epic because of an email address I haven’t had access to for years.Epic needs to provide a realistic way for legitimate account owners to reach a human when the automated recovery process doesn’t address their specific situation.I don’t expect special treatment. I expect actual customer support.
