Self-register through the app or visit your nearest Dhaka Bank branch to apply for mobile app registration. Alternatively, you can contact our 24/7 Contact Center at 16474 or +88 09678 016474 for assistance.
Download and install the DBL Go Plus mobile app.
Log in using your mobile number and secure password. Upon your first login, you'll receive a verification code.
Call our Contact Center and provide the verification code to complete your registration.
You can register up to three mobile devices with your DBL Go Plus account. If you switch devices in the future, simply re-verify by contacting our Contact Center.
