TeleREhabilitation after knee ArThroplasty (TReAT) is a mobile application developed for an academic study by The George Institute of Global Health, India. It will cater to health care providers (HCP) and patients post knee replacement surgery. The app will facilitate remote monitoring, information & communication exchange between healthcare providers and patients with knee replacement in their rehabilitation journey. HCP will be able to: Prescribe individualized exercise therapy plan for each patient. Monitor patient progress remotely based on the e-diary completed by the participant Communicate with patients via messages (text/voice/photo/video) and schedule video consultations Patients and family member will be able to: Access education material to improve knowledge Access exercise videos prescribed to them Self-monitor progress by completing pain, activity, knee function and exercise e-diary (Patient access only) Measure the range of motion of their knee using inbuilt app functionality Communicate with their healthcare providers via messages (text/voice/photo/video) and request for video consultations Access any new resources shared by study team
