It is easy to follow, and it makes me want to practice more. The only hard thing is sometimes it makes me have to click through the previous day before I can start the current days yoga poses. It also can’t be used on my iPad as it cuts the image in half which I would love to have a bigger image to see a closer look at the yoga poses.

App doesn’t take what it says and has to connect with other data resources to use that data. Makes it seem like it can takeGlucose but simply digests what numbers you give it. You can’t point your camera and it just works like the way they try to sell it. Yes it does take heart rate and gives you an assessment.
