I really found this phone remote app that doesn’t require a pay wall to use the remote feature like the others, 5 stars.

The app works great when it works. Sometimes it will work for a second and then need to reconnect over and over again. When it works, it’s great, fast and responsive on the tv. When it keeps disconnecting it can be super annoying. Worth the money, but there are connections issues. I can’t blame the app because I cannot pinpoint whenever it’s the app, wifi or the tv but it is solid overall! Wish they had swipe feature option. That would be a nice touch but good app overall!

The app immediately solicited a review before I even got to try it. Then it tries to upsell you immediately to the paid version. One was $5/week after a three day trial. The other one was $24 something a year which I might have considered if they presented me, a new user, with a good experience. Since they lost my respect for their efforts right out of the chocks, I deleted the app. Now I get a network error when I try to use my original remote 🤕. They also said save the world by losing the need to buy batteries. I can buy a whole bunch of remote batteries at even the apps annual rate of $24. Very poor user experience before even getting to find out if the app is any good. Now I have to see if I can get my network error fixed that trying this app caused!After a factory reset, I am once again able to use my TV.

I was using the free version, it worked ok, suddenly a few days ago it stated that I had to pay and got a one time payment offer. I accepted, and paid, now the app doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize my payment and keeps asking to pay again! It also asks me to “allow” my tv every time I use the app, but even though I do, there is no response between the app and my Tv, so this app is now absolutely worthless and useless and the worst part is that I already paid for it!
