I downloaded this bill scanning app expecting it to make my life easier, but it’s been nothing but a headache. The main issue? It cannot correctly identify the year on the bill — which is a basic function you’d think would work properly. Every time I scan a bill, it either pulls the wrong year or skips it entirely, leading to inaccurate records and wasted time.To make matters worse, trying to cancel or get help is a nightmare. There’s no clear way to end your subscription, and customer support is either nonexistent or completely unhelpful. I’ve sent multiple messages and received no reply.This app overpromises and severely underdelivers. Save yourself the frustration and find something more reliable. Definitely not worth the download — or the subscription fee. Do not,use it.

Regarding bill year identification accuracy: our app works best with clear, well-lit, not blurred or cropped photos of the bill. Tips for better identification results are available in the app’s Q&A section on the Settings screen (Questions 8 and 11). We are actively working on improving year identification on bills. Regarding cancellation: you can easily cancel your subscription anytime. Here’s how: 1. Open the Settings app. → 2. Tap your name. → 3. Tap Subscriptions → 4. Tap the subscription. → 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. I decided to use this scanner upon the recommendation of a few notable places.You’re only allowed one scan before it asked you to sign up for your free trial, which then will turn into a billingWorst part is I did a sample scan on a dollar bill and it did not even read the correct information.

Gets foreign currency wrong

I had two bills from Indonesia and Italy I wanted to scan it got both of them completely wrong, wasn’t able to identify them correctly even after multiple attempts.
