Bowling Romance is a multi-function bowling app for individuals, coaches, teams, high school/collegiate competition (individual or baker scoring), bowling centers, leagues and open bowling.
Coaching
- Bowlers can view coaches within a 25 mile radius and request lessons
- Coaches can post their credentials, lesson calendar and confirm lesson requests
- Venmo redirect, which allow coaches to receive payment from bowlers prior to lesson
Bowling Centers
- View all centers within a 25 mile radius of zip code
- Post numerous promotions and specials **
- Blast notifications and emails to all bowlers within 20 miles **
- Open Bowling - Lane reservation system with deposit capabilities **
Bowling Leagues
- List all all leagues that are currently in operation **
- View league standing sheets; including bowler results, and following week’s schedule **
- League payment option **
High School/Collegiate competition:
- Applies the Baker Scoring Format for 2, 3 or 5 team bowlers
- Construct teams dynamically with substitutions
- Track team and individual statistics
Side Pots:
- Run a three game eliminator with or without handicap - top half advances, automated score entry
- Run a tournament bracket for 8, 16, 32 or 64 bowlers
- Run a poker game for you and your fellow bowlers - allows for multiple players to use the same card decks from their own devices
- Run daily high game and series (handicap or scratch) within bowling center
View bowlers within a 100 mile radius of your home zip code
Ability for centers, leagues and bowlers to send and receive messages
Complete 3 game series score sheet that can be shared with friends, family or fellow bowlers
Score keeping and tracking for up to 5 bowlers simultaneously
Three point targeting analysis and results
Baker Scoring Format for 2, 3 or 5 team bowlers
Bowling statistics and results
- Strike, spare, open, split and pin conversion rates
- Sortable statistics and results by bowler, league, practice session, tournaments and bowling ball
- Charts illustrating scoring probability, trends, score dispersion and average pin count per frame
- Future bowling average estimations based on “what if” scenarios?
- Database backup to Cloud or on device
