FOR IT STAFF USERS: IT Staff can access ITIL-based modules like Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, CMDB and more. Work on the go - view and manage tickets and tasks, access the mobile-optimized dashboard for views into metrics and KPIs, and use CMDB to get critical information on assets while in the field.
FOR END USERS: End users can quickly submit requests, access the knowledge base, view announcements and get issues resolved faster.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
• Each user's experience is automatically personalized based on license, role and permission.
• Use ChangeGear to customize the mobile experience for both IT staff and end users.
• Access secure data protected by mobile standard SSL encryption.
• Choose between two visual themes – DARK and CLASSIC.
• Barcode scan buttons can be configured to automatically search any module and field using the scanned barcode. Matching items will open immediately on-screen.
• Use CMDB to get critical information on assets while in the field.
